Battles Confirm Remix Series

Battles are set to launch a new series of remixes based on their 'Gloss Drop' album.

Battles have always taken inspiration from electronic music. Resolutely a rock band, the three piece returned with their stunning second album 'Gloss Drop' last year.

Now the New York band are preparing to launch a new remix series. Confirming the release of four 12 inches, Battles have handed the material from 'Gloss Drop' over to a number of guest producers.

The first 12 inch in the series will be release on February 6th. 'Gloss Drop 1' matches a Gui Boratto remix of 'Wall Street' with The Field tackling 'Sweetie & Shag'.
