Listen: Sounds From The Mary Chain Tour Bus



Ever wondered what The Jesus & Mary Chain played on their tour bus?

Well now you can find out. Incendiary noise terrorists, The Jesus & Mary Chain spent the bulk of 1985 travelling around the country, leaving a trail of wrecked venues in their wake.

The four piece took it in turns to make mixtapes for the long journeys, with Bobby Gillespie and Douglas Hart recently re-visiting these C60s. Crafting a new mix, the pair have revealed what influences were driving the seminal band during those anarchic, violent and ultimately inspiring early shows.

Expect Industrial noise, garage punk and the odd bit of easy listening... Stream the mix below.
